"I worked with Gemma in 2022 on the RSC's production of Henry VI Part 2, entitled Rebellion, which included a scene performed on alternate weeks by groups of local actors from six regions around the UK. Gemma was the voice and text coach who prepped the Cornwall group for the scene, which included some challenging voicework and complex language. When the group arrived in Stratford to work with me for tech and performance, it was clear they were extremely well-prepared. Vocally they were clear, muscular and had no trouble rising to the challenge of filling the theatre. They had good command of the language in the scene and dealt with it dextrously and fluently.
